Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Reflow Chrome extension ("Extension") or the Reflow website at reflow.website ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. About Reflow
Reflow is operated by Lucas Martin Guarnieri, a sole proprietor registered in Buenos Aires, Argentina (CUIT: 20-41921201-7). References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Lucas Martin Guarnieri, doing business as Reflow.
3. Description of Service
Reflow is a Chrome extension that helps Bubble.io developers edit responsive design properties visually. The Extension includes manual editing tools (Free plan) and AI-powered analysis features (Pro plan). The Website provides account management, billing, and documentation.
4. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account via Google OAuth through Supabase authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
5. Free and Pro Plans
The Free plan includes up to 100 responsive elements per month with manual editing tools. The Pro plan includes unlimited elements, CSS animations, and AI-powered analysis features. Pro plan pricing is displayed on the Website and may change with 30 days notice. All prices are in USD.
6. Payments, Billing, and Merchant of Record
Pro plan subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means that when you purchase a Pro plan, you are purchasing from Paddle, and Paddle's terms and conditions apply to the transaction. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and currency conversion.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting Paddle's support. Refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy. For subscription renewals, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. AI Features
Pro plan AI features use third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude) to analyze your Bubble.io page structures and suggest responsive design changes. AI suggestions are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting or discarding AI-generated changes. We do not guarantee specific results from AI analysis. Your page structure data is sent to our servers and forwarded to AI providers for analysis purposes only.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension; (b) use the service to violate any applicable law; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) attempt to bypass plan limitations or security measures; (e) use the AI proxy for purposes unrelated to Bubble.io responsive design; (f) resell or redistribute the Extension or its features.
10. Intellectual Property
Reflow, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Lucas Martin Guarnieri and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Extension does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. The responsive conditionals and design changes created through Reflow belong to you as part of your Bubble.io application.
11. Privacy
Your use of Reflow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI suggestions will be accurate. We are not responsible for any changes made to your Bubble.io application through the Extension.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Extension.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
